Please don't think I'm nuts, but...
I was watching cnn head line news the other day and caught a very strange headline. Didn't see it but for a few seconds, but KNOW I did see it. Watched off and on all day, but was never repeated, this happens often there. Checked web site, did search of site and net and came up with nothing.

Hope someone here can help!


The headline stated that some town in US, I believe had their clocks all jump ahead 10 minutes. Then it was gone.

Some sort of Philadelphia type experiment?

I KNOW I SAW THIS!!!

Any info much appreciated! Thanks!
