Ok. I can't afford it. But if I could (or if I would even come close to need a car to begin with)...

Doesn't "look" bad at all!

2. Yeah!! The good news is...
the more there will be out there, the more their tag prices will drop (hopefully).

Then, the next "problem" to solve will be to build a power-grid that will be environment-friendly enough (solar panels & wind farms).

4. It must be quite an experience to drive it !
But that roadster is... ummm, out of my (financial) reach (to say the least).

It will be fun to watch where Tesla (what a name!) Motors will go (in terms of "production life cycles").

Will it deliver true reliability in parts and for how long? Will it grow steadily and remain solid?

Since these guys seem to be working on reducing their retail prices, it may succeed pretty well.

Now if I could only pick the right (lotto) #s... I promise to give the rest to shelters for homeless people.

7. That car might sell pretty good when its released to the public!
Allot of people still buy $50k cars, I see high priced cars all the time where I work which is a tourist area. Other than that, that is a damn nice car! I'd have to sell my 01 Trans Am and 04 Dodge Dakota to make a decent down payment to barely afford one of these.
