Feds to "thin" wild horse herd


BILLINGS, Mont. -- Beginning next week, federal officials plan to thin by more than a third a wild horse herd that roams a mountain range along the Montana-Wyoming border.....

3. now that the wolves and cats are mostly gone
they have to. the horses will overgraze and slowly starve otherwise

I also saw nothing wrong with it back when there was such a fuss about selling the meat to the Belgians.

I thought that was OK because not only were the excess horses culled, but the government got some money for it.

Yeah it was a "Bush" policy because the bastard happened to be president when you guys noticed it, not because it was part of some evil neo-con scheme.

When did radical stupid veganism become a requirement of being progressive?
