Arroyo faces fiscal crisis

President Gloria Arroyo acknowledged for the first time Monday that the Philippines was now in a "fiscal crisis," as economists warned of an Argentinian-type debt default within the next three years.

"We are already in the midst of a fiscal crisis and we have to face it squarely," Arroyo said in a written statement.

Budget Secretary Emilia Boncodin said Arroyo had ordered aides to "evaluate the proposal to declare a state of fiscal crisis."

Something even a piece of shit scum like myself couldn't face with my camera at take a picture of. These Filipino children wandering the streets begging for food, money, and would do anything for money. Many of these children and controlled or sold-out to Arroyo Government sanctioned mafias who place the children on the street to beg for money. At the end of the day in the blazing sun and heat the child/parents will take home 1% and the Arroyo Government sanctioned mafia will take home 99%. And yes, some of the money does make it into Arroyos pocket.

Take a good look at the PI America because it's pure Republicanism and the destiny of America under Bush type of leadership. It's amazing not one reporter questioned Bush speech in the PI when he ran away from America during the WMD exposure. "The PI is the model for all countries to follow!", said Bush at Subic Bay. God bless the American journalists!

Sex with children is basically free in the PI! Maybe that's why you don't see any reports on this. The journalists are too busy abusing the PI children and don't want it to stop! Going on 40 years now! God bless you all!
