Zogby's lucky 7
"Gun owners were considerably above the national level in their belief that abortion is manslaughter by a 59% to 31% margin. Non gun-owners were more evenly split on the question with 47% thinking abortion is manslaughter and 40% who felt it wasn’t manslaughter."

Good thing it's not a biased poll, or anything.

1. biased?

Who cares?

Looks to me like more people "believe" that abortion is homicide (I give up, why is it manslaughter and not just murder?) than don't.

Surely that means that the Democratic Party should be proposing to institute life sentences for it.

5. One wonders
whyt the RKBA crowd, which was claiming this idiotic right wing crap was big medicine, is not pushing for mandatory sentences...

It couldn't be because they were hoping no one would actually read the poll, could it?

3. This ranks among the weakest arguments I've ever seen on DU
I see evidence of MrBenchley's personal opinion but no concrete basis for saying the poll or the polling organization are biased.

"Bush once again drops under 50 percent in Zogby poll!"

"and he loses to a generic Dem by 4 points, and loses the "deserve to be re-elected" question by 7 points.

Yeah, I guess Zogby is a right-wing pollster. :eyes:

11. So do YOU think abortion is manslaughter?
After all, this poll tells us gun "enthusiasts" do in overwhelming numbers.

Think women who have abortions should be arrested and tried for their "crime", do you?
