The Green Pool
Iowa, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Montana, New hampshire, Colorado and I don't know who else, all have Constitutional Carry legislation working right now.

Who's going to be the next state to turn green?

1. These states are taking a huge dump on handgun inc's 1993 5 year plan
As I recall we weren't supposed to be able to carry/transport guns in public without transport permission like in Toronto and I was going to be required to get an arsenal lisence to own the guns the handgun control Inc thought I didn't need.

2. Now wouldn't that be something...
Wisconsin going from red to green after bringing home the Lombardi Trophy, yep that would make my year.

3. Texas had one on the plate the last legislative session (two years ago)
Edited on Tue Feb-08-11 04:56 PM by Hoopla Phil
But I don't think it has been re-introduced in this current session.

IIRC there were enough votes to pass it and the Governor said he'd sign it but the legislature lost time to bring it up for a vote do to fighting over a different bill. I would "assume" that if it was re introduced it make it this time too.
