I'm less than optimistic since 13 pages into the transcript at least one of the justices seems to think Hiibel was driving.

Then there's this gem:

I would think the course of a responsible citizen would be to answer the question what you're doing here and what your name is. And if he doesn't answer that, I would -- I would say that that make -- may cause the situation to rise to the level of probably cause.
