If you have the money to buy a destructive device, your state and local laws allow it, you can pass the federal background check, you are willing and able to obey all laws and regulations for transport and storage of whatever you buy, and you really want one, go for it!

I mean that very sincerely, up to and including nuclear weapons.

5. Nukes are regulated

By Nato treaties if Im not mistaken. You would have to go before NATO and the UN to covince them you need nukes.

Let me know if you convince them as I want one with a bayonet lug.
