Supreme Court set to rule on separation fence Wednesday
Supreme Court Justices Aharon Barak, Eliahu Mazza, and Mishael Cheshin are due to hand down a ruling of principle Wednesday morning, on the West Bank separation fence.

The justices will decide on the question of Israel's right to build a separation fence by appropriating Palestinian lands, and on the question of degree - balancing security considerations with the rights of Palestinian residents.

1. Hopefully the Israeli Court will put a stop to those "fences" & stopping
...Ariel Sharon from his out of control policies that are posing more danger to not just Israeli and Palestinian citizens, but to the safety of peace in that region and the world....

Unless ofcourse the Israeli courts are going in the direction our SCOTUS is....
