So how much is it going to cost US taxpayers to pay Isareli "settlers"
to leave Gaza? (When you say "settlers" think "occupiers.")

So these occupiers can get paid for taking other people's land and here in the US, people can't even get decent housing for the poor.

1. Just a question.
How do you figure that Israelis living in Gaza are occupying other people's land. When Israel returned the Sinai to Egypt, Gaza was part of the deal but the Egyptians told the Israelis they didnt want it back because it was too difficult to govern (even they knew)and left it to Israel. So, by "other people", I guess you mean the Egyptians.

3. £270,000 for settlers to quit Gaza Strip

<snip>

"Jewish settlers in the occupied territories will soon be able to claim compensation, sometimes of more than £270,000, under guidelines approved yesterday by Israel's security cabinet for the Gaza withdrawal plan.

Settlers who are prepared to relocate voluntarily from the 21 settlements in the Gaza Strip and four in the northern West Bank scheduled for removal will soon be eligible for advance payments ranging from a basic £160,000 for settler families to more than £270,000 for those with large properties and businesses.

Mr Sharon wants 8,500 settlers to withdraw by September next year. He hopes that the cash will encourage volunteers and avoid clashes between settlers and troops."

I imagine US taxpayers will be asked to foot some of this bill. How much, remains to be seen.
