"Three terrorists managed to infiltrate early this (Thursday) morning into the area adjacent to the Gaza settlement of Morag. During clashes with IDF soldiers, three Israelis were killed, as were the two perpetrators. A search is underway for the third.

The IDF Gaza Division yesterday briefed soldiers in the area to step up their alertness, especially during the dawn fog. Following the attack, the entire area has been shut down as an IAF helicopter is assisting ground forces in an attempt to locate the third terrorist.

It appears the attack was a joint mission of several Palestinian groups. According to Palestinian sources, three operatives were sent – from the Popular Resistance Committees and the Abu-Reish Brigades, both of which are affiliated with the Fatah, and a third belonging to the Islamic Jihad’s military wing."

2. Is that settlement inside the originally mandated borders established by

the United Nations? If it is not, it should be abandoned and turned over to the Palestinians.

3. Not terrorists

The report plainly states that Occupation Forces were killed, not unarmed settlers. This makes the Palestinians combatants.
