Osama bin Laden: CEO of Terror, Inc.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A47811-2004Jun16.html

The bin Laden revealed by his associates is a hands-on leader, a prod at times and a brake at others, aggressive, audacious -- but not reckless within the warped framework of his murderous enterprise. He has a knack for choosing the right men for a job and demands from his inner circle an oath of loyalty directly to him. The planning and execution of the strikes on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon were steered by bin Laden through a process that might be familiar to business executives the world over.

"It does have a corporate quality about it," said Brian Jenkins, a Rand Corp. terrorism expert. "Different individuals specialize in different areas, with bin Laden appearing to be personally involved. He is not just a mouthpiece. . . . He comes across, in this particular account, as a leader reviewing proposals, putting some on the shelf, moving others into the feasibility study phase. He's thoughtful, ambitious, cold-blooded, willing to take enormous risks but at the same time scaling things back to be sure that he succeeds."

We're getting a crafty brand of cavemen these days...

2. This press release article could be useful in more ways than one
Depending on the needs of bush during the campaign (and afterwards)...or for Kerry, if he becomes President. It allows them to portray Osama in more ways than one: Hands-on leader, or wise COB.

And, remember, this article says "in this particular account". So, if a different portrait of Osama would be more opportune; voila, it's probably already written.

PR fluff. Is this from Judith Miller, too?

5. I'm shocked, shame on you
using a source like the Washington Post. What are you thinking? No where in the article is there any mention of wacky cavemen, false flags, covert government plots, truck bombs, death rays, bumble bees, zionist plots, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Really, without those things there's just no credibility. :7

7. Not to worry. It's a propaganda piece meant for the sheeple.
The corporate owned liberal media is merely doing its job of disseminating propaganda for PINAC.

8. lots of disinfo on front page news today
The Washington Post...isn't that a CIA controlled rag? The Sac Bee had a big spread on the front page today too featuring Osama bin Laden's,Khalid Shaikh Mohammed's and Mohammed Atta's mug shots with the corresponding article written by Shannon McCaffrey(Knight Ridder Newspapers),titled "9-11 plotters first planned a 10-jet assault"

"The Sept 11,2001 terrorist attacks originally were planned as an even broader assault on America, with 10 hijacked airliners striking nuclear plants and skyscrapers on the East and West coasts, according to a report released Wednesday by the independent commission studying the attacks.

"The tantalizing new details emerged in a report from the National Commission on Terrist Attacks Upon the United States. Many came from the interrogations of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and Ramzi Binalshibh, both key planners in the attacks who are in U.S. custody at undisclosed locations overseas." blahblahblah

At an undisclosed location...that figures..these guys are probably long dead.

9. "Tantalizing" torture is very effective
Edited on Thu Jun-17-04 05:56 PM by Abe Linkman
"Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and Ramzi Binalshibh, both key planners in the attacks"

What kind of torture was used to extract that "key" allegation?
