Would either of these cause a wind forceful enough to knock down someone running from the WTC?

I ask because I was listening to a link on 9/11 at MSNBC and a woman who barely survived the falling tower(s) was interviewed immediately after reaching safety. She fell down and didn't know if it was the wind (or a couple of other scenarios)
which I don't remember because I can't understand her statement about the wind possibly being a factor in her fall.

Considering the height of the buildings and the canyon of streets perhaps this made a strong gust?
