The ( 3 ) winners......Flu --- Draft -- Privatize
These are the Bush killers.

They are scared to death about the draft message taking hold. And it is. You can see how Bush is trying to deny it in his speeches. Rock-the-vote is going to deliver millions of new voters. They have heavy advertising running right now ... calling it Vote or Die !! ....Wow.

The flu is their worst nightmare. Seniors will wait in line to vote. And they don't have a prayer of coming up with anywhere near the doses to make up the 25 million lost.

Add privatizing social security, which he has now said in those actual words. Kerry is hammering it.

Down the :hurts: he goes. Only hanging on with 5 fingers on the rim.

3. You got it. That is the trifecta to blast Shrub.
Draft - after crying "wolf" for so long about Iraq, fewer believe Shrub when he says there will be no draft.

Flu - How can Shrub protect the nation from a terror attack if he can't even provide flu shots to those who need them? And he outsourced the job to boot.

Social Security - the "third rail" of politics. Touching it Shrub and you get a BIG shock

4. My Mother was in line today for her flu shot....
....in one of the most rightwing counties in Tennessee. She called me when she got back home. They were only giving shots to people which have diabetes, were old, and to babies. Of course younger people were also there since they were bringing their parents or babies. Anyway, she couldn't take it anymore, and finally said, "I can't believe this country can't provide flu shots for its citizens." She said things got real quiet, then an elderly woman about 4 back from her said, "and you know who's fault it is don't you? Its that Bush guy's fault in the White House". She said several people then spoke up in agreement, and NO ONE defended that Bush guy in the White House. Far cry from the days when rightwingers used to try and brow-beat us into silence.

I think this issue could really damage Bush.

6. I voted today and there were mostly seniors waiting in a line
that took at least 40 minutes to get through. They were a determined lot. One elderly lady came to the polling place with a broken leg, many were pushing walkers. I don't think they were there to vote for the chimp.

7. The whole point with the flu thing is this--shrubco DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN
about anything if it doesn't involve making their rich buds richer.

It doesn't matter the various rationalizations why this happened, they are just excuses. The point is they allowed it because they JUST DON'T CARE enough.

THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

8. Yeah, we know that....
....the issue now is, "how do we wring his neck" with this issue? And what you said is starting to be self-revelatory for a lot of people.

9. They're in panic mode over these three h-bombs.
I hadn't known before I posted, but Puffy was on Norville's MSNBC program.

And he said, count on it. You're going to see blacks come out in unprecedented numbers and "bum rush" the polls.

Maybe they don't want to join their brothers in Iraq. And flu is in the news every day, it will continue to stay there, and will haunt Bush like a shadow everywhere he goes.
