5. I'm Pretty Sure Its a "Freedom Bracelet" to show support for the troops.

They were selling them in both red and blue.

I almost bought one, but the vendor was sketchy about where the money went. I tried to clarify three times before walking away with the understanding that she was being purposefully evasive.
