I think I just got Rove Surveyed
I just was woken up with a phone call at 9:15 AM by an automated survey claiming to be FEC run.

The quetions though were worded in a very republican including questions siuch as. "Do you agree that the Ohio Economy would be RUINED by allowing more than the traditional marriage between an man and a woman."

Do you consider yourself a Republican? Was the final question.

In fact everything was worded in a very right wing and fear tactic oriented wording, just as I've heard Rove is to famous for.

The call camethrough my caller ID as a Virginia 571 area code.

(Now I'm going back to sleep... the thing I was doing because I work late in my self employed job that is barely keeping my head abobe water in this 'great' economy that Bush says we're in.

6. I also got a Bush support phone
from that same phone number and another one from a 'dove foundation' that was some country music star supporting the shrub.

Push-polling from Gaybashers
posted by ampersand

I just got a polling phone call. The "pollster" was a prerecorded voice controlled by a computer, which could recognize if I said "yes" or "no." This is a paraphrase, but I think I've got the gist of it.

<snip>
P.S. The "poll" call came from 571-522-1899. Is there any way to find out who owns that number?

check out the comments, too.

10. Did you tell them you were a republican?
i wish i would get calls like this.

i would tell them all i'm a republican, but that i don't believe in any of the crap being spewed.

i would tell every pollster i was a republican, and that i was voting for Kerry.

I'd just have to be a pain in the GOPs side.
