Found out there was a Repub spy at our poll worker meeting 2 weeks ago!
The chairman said they signed their name at the meeting and then they noticed the person was signed up to be an inspector (R-IN) for the elections! I can't believe someone in such a small town as mine would do that!

For the last 15 or so years, the Repubs around here have had no competition in elections--yes, I mean NO Dem candidates running for offices. This was the first year all the offices had people running and 4 of the applications from the Dems have been taken into court by the Republican Committee. Needless to say--the judge ruled the Dems okay to be on the ballot but the Repubs spent LOTS of money to try and contest it. This is what we're up against in my small little tiny town of 19,000.

1. They get really scared, don't they? It's amazing what cowards
they are when they might actually have to RUN for election.

And good for you for running Democrats for all the offices. We're working on getting to that point.

2. Now that's just dumb...
If you're going to infiltrate a meeting, why in the hell would you SIGN YOUR OWN NAME? Yeesh.

3. That's what I thought!
He signed his name just under mine so he was sitting near me. There was a man sitting by himself a couple of chairs away from me when I think back. It must've been him. I'm so new, though, that I didn't know who was who. The ones who have been there a long time should have known or wondered who he was. There weren't that many of us there.

4. Kill them with kindness
When you see them, get them talking and laughing and happy. Then tell them you were delighted and so happy to note that they were maybe pondering the other side a little bit? Considering getting involved with the Progressives as the Conservatives are falling by the way-side?

Not that you have to think that, but on their side they will maybe feel guilty for intruding or actually consider joining us nice people.

5. Its war
The repubs know what war is, so give 'em a war.

Egg his house

TP his trees

Dog shit inna bag and light it on his porch ........... ring the bell ... you know the drill

An M80 in his mailbox

I'm just kidding, but you get the point. Give them no quarter. They'd do the same to you.
