1. Good idea.

28. Watch Franklin county.
It was pink, but has turned purple. This is where one of the lawsuits was filed and where voters were waiting up to 9 hours to vote. Judge issued a stay, but I wonder if those ballots have been counted as regular election ballots or provisional ones.

26. Am I the only one who saw that Ohio is mostly red, just a few little
blue areas. The fact is, our country has decided that the Bush agenda to bring more coffins into our borders is a good idea. I'm writing off my repug family, I don't want to talk to any of them anymore, they can spend there fucking holidays without me. I can't stand repugs right now, they voted for what? hate and intolerance? War? what exactly did they vote for?

39. CNN says won't call Ohio for * because
Kerry camp say once all votes counted by 3-4am this morning margin will narrow to less than 50,000 votes and there are approx. 200,000
provisional ballots. Jeff Tobin says in 2000 election over 90% of Ohio's provisonal ballots were counted giving Kerry the state. This may be another election when folks go to bed thinking oe guy's the president when another actaully is...

42. WHO KNEW that cnn would be the only sane channel tonight? even wolf
and judy have been fair all night. and judy was the one who spoke with jeffrey toobin - he reported that there are 200k provisional ballots in ohio. and judy spoke up in support of that and said "this is important" and basically said there must be reason that campaign is saying this, and pointed out this is why they arent ready to call ohio

go cnn. thank you

44. Yep...good for her. Always have liked her.
The Kerry people better get all their attorneys on planes to OH as fast as they can. The provisional ballots don't get counted until 11 days after the election. So it will be a LOONNGGG time.

And while they are at it. Get some of those nasty trial lawyers down to FL too. Any state where there is a large discrepancy between the exit polls and the final tally.

I just refuse to give up hope!

Wolf Blitzer just asked Ken Blackwell, the the Governor of OH, about what Kerry should do. He said he couldn't advise the Kerry campaign, but if the number of provisional ballots are more than the spread between the candidates, then everyone should just take a deep breath, because we are gonna have to wait a while. (11 days to be exact.) The governnor, although a republican, seems an honest man, and interested in a fair outcome.

Go Ohio!
