I don't have a good feeling about this Repuke Ken Blackwell Secy of State.

Isn't he the one who tried to throw out 35,000 registrations based on the weight of the paper they were on?

3. Supreme Court
The reality of the situation is that the Republicans would love a legal battle because they know that once it gets into the courts it will go all the way up the the Supreme Court. If that happens it is a guaranteed Bush victory.
