Networks declaring a state for someone doesn't mean it's so. Votes have not been counted.

7. Cspan's count is the same

as CNN's. However, CSPAN has Kerry behind in Iowa and New Mexico. He was kinda far behind so I'm not sure if absentee ballots would help. :-( They are not enough to give Kerry the 270 anyway. However, they are enough to prevent Bush from getting 270 if he does not have Ohio. However, both of them are looking kinda red. :-(
