EVERY ballot will be counted.
I hear much BS about how since Kerry conceded that the ballots won't be counted. NOT TRUE.

Every ballot will be counted. What Kerry said was that he felt that in Ohio the outstanding ballots will not make a difference once they are tallied.

Rest assured though, that the ballots "we know of" will indeed be tallied.

1. Here's the rub:
The bulk of the ballots are "provisional". That usually means that someone at the precinct had a "reason" for challenging the voter. Without vigorous legal representation, guess how that call will go.
