Our mixed messages..
someone splain to me please why on earth we can't (as democrats) present a united front EVER??? Al Franken and Ed Schultz are doing everything they can to prove there was no concerted effort to steal the vote. Randi, Laura Flanders on the other hand are yelling about how it was stolen. At this point I don't know what to believe however for being on the same network Al and Randi are singing totally different songs. Thoughts?

1. It is truly one of our Problems as a Party
We have a large tent of beliefs in the Democratic Party, we can never seem to get everyone on the same page.

So here is what I think we know this election was not totally on the up and up but was there enough dirty deeds going on to change the outcome, I think so, will we find them in time, I have no clue, It is past time for us all to pick at least one issue and agree on it. We can not divide ourselves. They win when we do.

Also if the vote stands they are counting on us to turn on Kerry, I think this would be a tragic mistake he is still in the Senate and will have a massive amount of power if we empower him. During the Election I chose to be inspired now I chose to be united. Please everyone in order to save this country we must all Unite.

2. I agree. I woke up thinking this morning that evangelicals have a playbook
that they all work out of (their version of the bible) and the right has a playbook that relies on "govt is bad" and "poor people deserve what they get." We don't have a playbook--and I have no idea if we need one or if it would be a good thing. But I am not turning on Kerry. I think I agree that we need to empower him.

4. As more and more evidence comes out
Shultz is turning. I actually can respect Shultz on this one, even if he is maddening at times, which is... well if we don't have no evidence we really should start thinking off... now that more and more of the pattern is coming out he is turning realizing we don't correct this, forget about winning any elections

I suspect Fraken will jump on the band waggon right before the Impeachment hearings start. For some reason he is having a serious Denial problem.. not unlike many of the denial in '73
