He has been touted as the 'future of the Democratic Party' and since we all know the Republicans don't intend for the "Democrat" Party to have a future, he has a bullseye on his back. I hope he knows that bipartisanship is a language today's Republican Party does not speak. If they are reaching out to him, I believe it's to draw him into a trap and somehow undermine his credibility and effectiveness before he can be a real threat to them down the road.

No other way to put it. He doesn't he even the least bit of class or dignity. He is nothing more than a clown.

2. I think Obama is playing it smart
he's trying hard not to make the same mistakes Carol Mosely-Braun made. I have no doubt he's sleeping with one-eye open, you can't trust a Republican as far as you can throw them.
