I've been watchng the posts today, and havent' seen this one. Shrub might ask Sen. Nelson to join his cabinet. Pubs are saying it's a sign he's beng bi-partisan. Dems are saying they want to take another Senator out of the Senate, and his replacement would be nominated by a Pub Governor.

I thought about those two Nelsons as well earlier. You must have grown up in the 80s like me?

6. Do America a favor, Sen. Nelson. DON'T TAKE THE JOB
Yo, Bennie, Bush is trying to take Democratic senators in states with Repuke governors to get a filibuster-proof majority, so they can ram their tyranny down our throats. DO NOT TAKE THE JOB--IT'S A TRAP!!!

14. I hope he takes the job
A good chance to get rid of another DINO. His seat is up for election in 2006 and we can offer the voters a real progressive candidate instead of a repub lite.

15. BS! We'd be gicing up a rare senate seat and we can't do that!
Let him take someone from the house because there's such a wide margin there it wouldn't matter, but not the Senate! There's an alterior motive here!!!
