newspapers who supported Kerry

right before election there was a list of mainstream papers that came out in support of Kerry. Can anyone tell me how to find that again? seems they would be our natural allies on many issues.

So they wanted to be right. Thats all there was to that one.

If you are looking for allies in the same media who told us Saddam had WMDs, and Kerry "faked his medals" and presented it as FACT- you can forget it.

elepet, would it be poss for u to post the list, so we can decide ourselves who we want to write to? I think it's v important right now to get across to editors that we would appreciate more coverage of certain (specific)issues. To all out there who are inclined to write to newspapers and magazines--we need to speak up now.

At the same time I ALSO agree with those who are bypassing the big offenders in corporate media, esp. after the horrors of the recent $4 billion dollar (s)elections. I will be actively supporting all the new progressive national media outlets I can from now on--esp. TV and radio, documentaries, movies, on the net, etc. We NEED NEW media voices that have the guts to put our perspectives out there, without feeling the need to pander to conservatives.

However I do think there is still a point in letters to newspapers and magazines. Editors DO read their mail. No matter what they print, they are taking in readers opinions. They like positive feedback for something they print. A lot of the country reads print publications, whether online or otherwise. I think they are open to our (politely-worded) opinions.
