2. C-SPAN is required by law to broadcast the House and the
Senate on their respective channels when they are in session.

that they have to cover them

but
kinda fishy bush decided to leave to start the route at 3 when they knew cspan2 would have to leave.

it was suppose to start a lil while ago
but they kept taking their time waiting for 3.

6. in defense of c-span
the parade was the point where the protest and the official ceremonies converge. They are splitting the screen and giving audio to the protestors right now.
