That the Social Security reform plan and the proposed budget cuts are not going to happen--that they are just a way for the WH to create huge diversions from the war in Iraq, which, if people really took a look at it, would create an outcry that we bring our troops home. He says that these kinds of financial plans have to be worked out in a bi-partisan fashion in Congress if they are going to have any hope of passing, and that * has not done this. What do you think--is it all just a distraction?
