Any links to a video of Dean's speech after the Iowa Caucus?
I have only seen him say "send George Bush back to Crawford Texas" and have not heard or seen much else. I'd like to see the whole speech before I have an opinion of it. He had to fire up his troops, they worked their asses off and didn't get a hell of alot to show for it.

As for the Caucus, Kerry is a solid candidate and deserves every vote he got. I'm not exactly calling it a "port in the storm" vote, but Dean was ahead by a mile and he got the "Little Bighorn" treatment with regard to the last month. He was surrounded by the enemy on all sides and it was all he could do to keep on message. Edwards did great too and he probably benefited from his non-attack posture. Lieberman should be ashamed of himself and consider suicide.

But do not forget, there was a huge, huge turnout for this caucus, which can only be seen as a good thing. I like Howard Dean and know he is not the Frankenstein he is being made out to be. For him it is now an uphill battle. Kerry is a solid candidate, as is Edwards, as is Clark, as is Howard Dean. Dean has definetely lit a fire under the average Democrat ass. I do not think it is over by any stretch of the imagination.

And for the record, there are MANY here that are masquerading as Dems but are only here to divide and conquer. To them I raise my middle finger. Beware.

5. That's an understatement, but I'd like to see it anyway.
And download it for future reference, wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

3. My wife and I watched the whole speech live. I didn't see
anything wrong with it at the time, looked more like a pep-rally to me. But the right-wing media, they were looking for it, especially after the large alarming turn-out in Iowa. Bob Dole even tried to start shit with Clark, saying that Kerry had just demoted him from General to Colonel. No they were looking for red meat and Dean through them a steak, period.

8. I watched it on C-Span the day after and it was a Great "Rally the
Campaign Workers and Iowans and Others Who Worked their Butts Off for Me" Speech. Tom Harkin's lead in to Dean was magnificent.

But, if you watch the Media Whores, or read some posters on DU or Late Night Comedy Shills you would think Dean was a "bi-polar sufferer, who went off like a WWW Coach screaming and unhinged."

This isn't what I or my hubby saw when we watched the whole thing on C-Span.

The Whore Press "Gore's Again!"

9. I just watched it,
and what the hell is all the fury about? It was pure "fire up the troops" and it was damn good I thought. Harkin doesn't seem to be dissuaded, and Dean definetely doesn't seem dissuaded.

What is the problem?

Did I miss something?
