Health care seems to be the major issue facing

the U.S,Medicaid and Medicare,companies facing rising costs.No one seems to be broaching the subject.There are alot of smart people here,where can we start cutting the costs.Is a single payer system the way to go?Let's start the discussion.

and bush's medical liability restrictions response as a solution is laughable.

2. Keep quiet--wait until the Republicans are out of office

Sure Medicaid and Medicare are a major long term problem. However, we don't want the Republicans dealing with this. They'll just make matters worse.

We need to keep quit on this and wait until they are out of power so that someone else can fix this. The one exception is during the next election it is ok to make noise about this if doing so will hasten the day when the Republicans are thrown out.
