It doesn't matter who we think won...
But who the people of NH think won based on what they saw through the prism of the media. As far as pure delivery, though I disagree with every word coming from his mouth, Lieberman did the best. Similarly, I agree with most of what Kucinich says, but his delivery was the worst. Combining both message with delivery, this is how I expect the people to see it.

1. Kerry/Edwards tie: Kerry wins because hes in the lead and made no mistakes, Edwards wins because he had the best delivery with a message people want to hear.
3. Lieberman: All that practive for the VP debate in 2000 finally pays off....if only this guy wasn't a Republican.
4. Dean: The "scream" got too many mentions in this debate, a few of which are on Dean because he referenced it himself. Big comeback with the statement about Democrats needing to reframe the debate.
5. Kucinich: I look forward to the day when someone with his views is seen as mainstream.
6. Clark: They just tore into him relentlessly
7. Sharpton: The Federal Reserve answer was messy, and except when he was speaking to his issues, he remained unfocused.

1. kerry/edwards
Kerry was on target and stood his ground, but Edwards didn't get a single real policy question all night. He answered the dumb irrelevent stuff well. But Edwards could've done much much better!

2. If Joe Lieberman is a Republican, then so is Bill Clinton
Sorry, but these cracks about Lieberman being a Republican have long passed the point of being even remotely funny. DU'ers need to realize that simply because you aren't a knee-jerk left-winger on every issue doesn't make you a Republican. And more DU'ers need to take a look at Joe's voting record and interest group ratings. Lincoln Chafee is the ONLY Republican in the Senate whose voting record is anywhere near as liberal as Joe Lieberman's.

3. That's right. What matters is who, if anyone, Diebold thinks won

4. I've changed from Dean to Edwards when I watched Edwards do
the 30 mins. from the restaurant aired by cspan yesterday. No reading from notes. Just from the mind and heart. Anyone who knows me knows I don't like the South because the southern politians are destroying our nation. But this Edwards guy I trust. That is until someone links some facts to prove he's a sleaze bag like the rest of the southern politicians.

(Do you think I can get back my Dean donation? Just joking. Dean is the guy I most like but I just don't think he can win and Kerry is a bore!)
