Promo says Rove has always wanted dominance of congress by the repugs and how he achieved it etc. Wonder what will be said and why put Rove in the spotlight on this at this time?

1. Frontline does a good job.

2. I've had a feeling that Rove wants his credit. He's tired of being behind

the scenes. He wants to brag a little. Fortunately, it may be his downfall. The more that is exposed of Rove, the more likely he is to stick his foot in his mouth. I mean face it, theres not much good about him. Once he starts spilling his guts, people may start to see what happened. I'm hoping this attempt to puff Rove up, backfires and puts a spotlight on the underhanded ways of the new WH.

3. I think Rove likes to lurk in the shadows and do his dirty work.

Anything that exposes his manipulation also exposes Bush. I agree with you - the more exposure Rove gets the better

Rove also likes to keep his hands clean. I learned that from "Bush's Brain." Why else do you think Bush gave him that higher job? I forgot what it's called but it's something higher up then just his manager. Probably has more access to files and all that.
