Does anyone here have Direct access to Howard Dean or his Office?
Edited on Wed Apr-13-05 01:38 PM by Up2Late
NPR has a new show (started in January) that focuses on African-American issues and guests called: "News & Notes with Ed Gordon." Ed Gordon put out a call, on his show, to both the Democratic and Republican Party leaders, to come on his show and speak to his listeners about what their parties are doing or are planning to do to help the African-American Community.

About 3 weeks ago, the Republican Chairman Ed Melman DID do an interview with Ed Gordan on "News and Notes" and, as you have probably already guessed, proceeded to spew dozens of lies and misleading statements. :grr:

Unfortunately, even though he has been, and is, repeatedly invited, Howard Dean has not followed suit to give the Democratic Parties view, and plans for the future. Donna Brazil and a few lower level DLC reps have been on to try to fill in for him, but I think it is really starting to make the DLC look bad, to have this request go out each week, but without any response from Howard Dean.

So, if any one has a direct way to get this message to DNC Chairman Dean, please do. We really can't afford to lose anymore of the Democratic Party base.

If want to hear the NPR Show "News & Notes with Ed Gordon," click here Then click the word (in red)"listen" or the red speaker next to it.

If you want to hear what the RNC's Ed Melman had to say on the show, click here But be warned, it may be more BS than you can stomach in 12 minutes.:puke:

1. Go here and tell it the DNC vice chair, Susie Turnbull.

Give the thread a recommend. She is posting for the first time for the DNC. Give her a suggestion.

I posted this in GD, but it dropped very quickly. Very quickly.

6. Well I created an account at Daily Kos, but it says...
"...Remember you cannot post comments for 24 hours, and diaries for one week.

Thanks for creating an account at Daily Kos!"

So, if you'd like, you have my permission to post this post there. I used the same name there (Up2Late).:pals:

7. Yes he is Chair of the DNC
Why don't you try writing him an e-mail? There might be a link on the DNC web site.

3. Ahem....
That's DNC Chair, not DLC; Dr. Dean is probable VERY busy right now, but and he is somewhat muzzled by our overlords right now. Gotta give him time.

8. I don't believe that Dean should be beholden to anybody else's agenda
He has a plan and a vision for the DNC. I trust his judgement.
