AP Wire has Press Conference Article - It was wierd
I think they tried to cover it. But they said that when reporters asked probing questions Bush just went off topic or tried to make jokes. Called it his regular jocular style. The article was just fluff.

4. I don't think he is evil - dangerous, definitely
I just think he doesn't get it. And he's stubborn and he just thinks he's right and everyone else is not important enough to worry about. Just a rich, spoiled jerk.

5. I haven't found the link yet
but I did find this:

<snip> The president appeared at ease in the East Room of the White House as he fielded questions from reporters after a 7-minute opening statement. At times, he twisted the toe of his shoe on the carpeted riser. <snip>

The first thing that came to mind when I read "twisted the toe of his shoe on the carpeted riser" was a little kid being asked "why did you misbehave?" AAAGGGGGHHHHHHH, he's such a loser!!
