the nuclear option won't happen until after bipartisan legislation is passed.

3. I need to hear more about the Transportation Bill.
What are some of the more "bipartisan" points? That is--those that Bush & Co don't love?

4. both parties "love" transportation dollars
every congressperson tries to get money into their districts. in fact Congress wants more money in the transportation bill than * does. that is what is holding it up.
