4. your subject line is a little confusing. the polls have varying numbers

because of date, etc. 36% disapproval doesn't seem to be that big of a deal, until you see that there are four categories.

The chart on the left has four categories --

strongly approve 24%
somewhat approve 23%

somewhat disapprove 17%
strongly disapprove 36%

so the Disapprove categories combined are 53%

the Approve categories combined are 47%
