John McCain IS a real doo-doo head.
Edited on Sun May-15-05 03:29 PM by Pepperbelly
I see waves of support for him from time to time. Personally, I think he is a viper as well as a weasel but I could be wrong. You tell me.

-snip-

McCain, speaking on ABC's "This Week," said he has not seen any evidence that the Bush administration manipulated evidence, but admitted that "certain serious mistakes made."

1. Ok, but spell it "doo-doo."
Otherwise it sounds like you're praising him for being a go-getter.

Edited on Sun May-15-05 03:30 PM by EVDebs
www.tkipp.net/html/editorials/columns/herbert/herbert_040903.html

"When asked this week on CNN how long the U.S. military is likely to remain in Iraq, Senator John McCain replied "probably" 10 or 20 years. "That's not so bad," he said, adding, "We've been in Korea for 50 years. We've been in West Germany for 50 years.""

Bush said March 16, 2005, that US troops can leave Iraq as soon as Iraqis can defend themselves. But 14 permanent bases are being built in Iraq with supplemental funding for the war. Who is lying ?

Bush AND McCain.

8. The networks are getting ready to canonize McCain. They
are showing the TV version of McCain's book "Faith of our Fathers" on Memorial Day. The clip they keep showing over and over is the actor playing McCain who is playing a war hero saying, "I will not leave (the POW camp) until it is my time to leave." Yeah, right. Of course, you would choose to hang around in North Viet Nam, get tortured, starved, no medical care and worry your family silly so that one day you could run for the US Senate or president. Just wait until he is Swift Boated. Double dose of :sarcasm:

Now I know why mccain likes bush so much even though he ruined his presidential plans in 2000 with smearing his name and his family.

They are both as dumb as a sack full of pebbles!

4. He is a viper, but compared to the current crop of Cons
he's as cuddly as a kitten.

Having said that, McCain would have made a bearable president. McCain has forgotten more about personal leadership, bravery and responsibility than Bush will ever know.

how the whole time he's hugging Bush his eye showing is looking at the photographer. Purely a photo-op moment. He's gearing up for 2008. All he's doing now is for that purpose so he can have Bush's blessing (even though I bet Bush and his camp can't stand him).

9. That mealy-mouthed, wishy-washy senator from AZ is a pos. He
always uses that mellow tone to appear reasonable when he is just like the man he embraced (looking like a fool) during the campaign. He is a rattlesnake coiled to attack. He has fooled so many people so much of the time.

18. McCain is an original neocon- the man they wanted until Bush picked Cheney
McCain is one of the original neocons- before the chimp Bush picked Cheney as his running mate, all the neoconservatives were backing McCain with Bill Kristol and David Brooks beating the lead drums after having spent years chlamoring for this war. Randy Scheunemann, founding member of PNAC and Executive Director of the Committee for the Liberation of Iraq was McCain's campaign Manager- small small circles of absolute corruption.

McCain has been in the thick with those crooks from the get go and was instrumental in goading the country into war. Doo-doo head is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too kind.

New Group Aims to Drum Up Backing for Ousting Hussein
Effort Seeks to Reverse Decline in Support for Attacking Iraq

By Peter Slevin
Washington Post Staff Writer
Monday, November 4, 2002; Page A15

The Bush administration, anticipating a successful U.N. Security Council vote on an Iraq resolution, plans to embark soon on a campaign to build public support in the United States to challenge and most likely unseat Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, U.S. officials said.

At a time when polls suggest declining enthusiasm for a U.S.-led military assault on Hussein, top officials will be urging opinion makers to focus on Hussein's actions in response to the United Nations resolution on weapons inspections -- and on his past and present failings. They aim to regain momentum and prepare the political ground for his forcible ouster, if necessary.

With the administration's blessing, a new group is forming to press the case in the United States and Europe for ejecting Hussein from power. Called the Committee for the Liberation of Iraq, the organization is modeled on a successful lobbying campaign to expand the NATO alliance. Members include former secretary of state George P. Shultz, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and former senator Bob Kerrey (D-Neb.).

Here he is...hugging a man who destroyed his chances for the Presidency in 2000 by making up complete lies about he and his family and completely distorting his military record and time he served as a POW in Viet Nam.

If McCain was a REAL man, he would have NO PART in dealing with the slimy Chimp.

And speaking of slimy...McCain looks reptilian and ready to bite the neck of the Chimp. He'd never do it. Once a Repug, always a Repug.
