7. This is not surprising, he has said that before
I was surprised he voted against cloture. I guess he can switch his vote with Landrieu, who voted for cloture, but will vote against Bolton if it comes to that.

He basically said that he is a dem but if he agrees with bush on something such as the middle east, he will vote his conscience. He said McCain is accused of the same thing from the repubs.
