5. If you want justice, do what my daughter's friend did: buy a dog and name
him Justice. You or I and probably any liberal would likely already be rotting in jail had we been caught in similar circumstances, but RL's chances of being held accountable are as about as good as a snowball's chances in hell.

12. That's my sarcastic remark from either "1984" or "Fahrenheit 451" where
the media controlled everything and people were told something like "move along, nothing here" when there was a disturbance.

8. The One Man Cheech & Chong of Hate Radio will walk.
But as the saying goes, "The Needle & the Damage Done."

Rush will always suffer from credibility over this- a huge, permanent chink in his armor.

10. They just recently switched judges in the case..
Back to the judge who initially signed the search warrant that got the case off the ground. They sure are taking their sweet time though!

< snip >

Circuit Judge Jeffrey Winikoff transferred the case and the sealed medical records today to Circuit Judge Thomas Barkdull III. Barkdull signed the initial search warrants that enabled their seizure from four doctors in November and December 2003.

Limbaugh's files will stay under wraps until Barkdull rules on whether all or some of the seized files will be turned over to investigators pursuing a criminal investigation.

Prosecutors want to use the medical records in pursuing allegations that the Palm Beach resident illegally stocked up on prescription painkillers – a third-degree felony called doctor shopping.

11. Just as soon as
all his little Rabid nut job pals feel they can get better press from hanging him out to dry than by supporting him.

They could care less wether he believes what they do or not, all they care about is wether he helps them get elected. when he becomes a burden, he's toast.

I hope we don't ever think like that
