6. here are the details ...
Nadler listed every single rule that Sensenbrenner broke in Friday's hearings and requested the following:

1. that the House condemn Sensenbrenner's actions and
2. that the House grant the Dems an additional day of hearings on the Patriot Act ...

the republican from Iowa (name?) who is currently controlling the House proceedings set aside this motion for 48 hours under the House rules ... this is NOT a rejection of the motion but rather gives both parties time to consider the issue ...

7. I watched that hearing twice this past weekend
because I just couldn't believe what I saw the first time.

He should be admonished in some way.
