Why I Think The Media and the RW Don't Want Clark in the GE
Since the Iowa caucuses the media and the RW went on the attack against Wesley Clark. In my opinion, the attack was to cripple Clark in NH, so he'd get no bounce out of NH going into Super Tuesday.

For example, in the debate last week, only Clark was asked credibility questions and no policy questions.

In fact, the other candidates were only asked policy questions.

Even the questions to Dean about Iowa (his performance there and speech) were softballed to him, added onto a policy question, where he was given the opportunity to say something or not to say something.

Kerry was asked policy questions that were straightfoward, not loaded with spin. For example, no one asked Kerry how, as a member of the whatever, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, not get that the "evidence" was crap when 30% of ordinary Americans said so at the time? Kerry couldn't even answer it at the cozy NYC meeting Will Pitt described. And then Kerry's profile in courage appearance on Crossfire when he chose to diss his friend Clark rather than his hoped to be opponent Bush. Hmm.

And Edwards not understanding the Defense of Marriage Amendment, and saying I wasn't there when it was passed, so that is okay? Don't you think that answer could have been spun very negatively -- but no - Edwards get excused for not knowing about Islam and about the most important legislation to the RW.

And Lieberman, the man with no money and no support has had more extensive face time on TV than any other candidate. If we can just get a few more people to vote Lieberman, we might take away a few votes from Clark.

Yeah, I know it is "just politics" But people here don't acknowledge phew - but for the grace of god (or the fury of the republican party) go I (or my candidate). They think it can't happen to their candidate. When it does, I hope there will be others around them to support and console them -- cuz it would be awfully lonely otherwise.
