And I think that may have something to do with why Texas is eager to get all of these displaced people out of their very republican state...that is of course due to most of these people are coming frmo a very democratic area...ya know you don't want to have them voting democrat in droves in an area that is rethuglikkan.

of a literacy test (which we know had nothing to do with the ability to read and everything to do with keeping blacks from voting) to disenfranchise as many people as possible.
