Can President Bush be recalled?
Governors can be recalled, so why can't Presidents?

Anyone?

2. He can be impeached
If he is, he would then be tried (impeached in the House, tried in the Senate). If convicted, he would be removed.

But that won't happen because the Republicans control both houses of Congress, and modern Republicans put party ahead of country and Constitution.

5. There's no such provision in the Constitution.
He must be impeached or shamed into resigning. Neither will happen.

7. "Vote for impeachment, OR I DON'T VOTE FOR YOU."

Everyone in the House is up for re-election next year, and I'm sure there are enough "real" Republicans who'd jump at the chance to knock off an incumbent by showing s/he's the more "moderate" choice. If everyone in America called their Congressional rep and delivered that message, impeachment would be cakewalk.

I'm also thinking that maybe a "justice Sunday" online town hall meeting would be a cool idea either. If there can't be formal hearings, why not have the people discuss their thoughts and feelings?
