Smallpox, anthrax, dirty bombs, suitcase nukes, bird flu, waiting on the roof for FEMA, heat stoke in your car while evacuating, etc. etc. Pretty soon people are going to start thinking that if they are going to die anyhow they might as well do it in furtherance of some activity we can't talk about here.

1. One way to look at it...

Most humans that ever lived, have had to live with war, plague and famine as real, immediate threats. So, what you're seeing is just more of the same.

If some people (like myself) in developed countries have grown up without those immediate threats, it's really the exception, not the rule.
