Look what Malkin did to Senator Reid's website with her fans ...jerk!!
POLITICAL NOTEBOOK: Reid sees darker side of blog world

Web site temporarily turns off comments link after conservative ranters create traffic jam

October 10, 2005

The king of the filibuster tabled the talking on his blog for a few days last week.

Sen. Harry Reid's foray into the lively debate of the blogosphere (www.giveemhellharry.com/blog) was stymied when his Web site got inundated by comments from readers of a conservative Weblog.

It all started Sept. 30 after conservative blogger Michelle Malkin posted a Review-Journal article about the indictment of Willie Davis, the pastor of Second Baptist Church in Las Vegas, on her Web site -- www.michellemalkin.com. The article detailed federal grant money Davis and his wife are accused of using for their personal benefit. Reid secured the grant for the church.

Malkin, a syndicated columnist and Fox News Network contributor, told her readers they also could check out Reid's new blog. She put a link to his site saying that her readers should post messages on the Reid blog.

Boy, did they.

5. I kind of agree...
why even give a numbskull like Malkin an acknowledgement that we're paying attention.

3. Are Denial-of-Service Attacks Illegal?
I know that hackers like Coolio were prosecuted during the late 90s(?) for taking down sites like Yahoo by bombing them with more traffic than they can handle. Does this fall under the same guidelines?

Even if it does, would it be unwise to pursue this angle? It's more common for Democrats to protest en masse by email.

6. Constantly refreshing the site and causing it to crash is not illegal.

7. Reid secured the grant for the church.
I will not defend this. I do not wish for my tax dollars to go to support religion of any kind....Tax dollars are not meant for this type of expenditure. If their religion is strong it will take care of itself. Since when does God need my tax dollars?

9. he secured the grant believing they were HONEST! After they got
the grant, that's when they put the money in their own account! Had nothing to do with Reid. This shit happens all the time to Congressmen and Senators.

10. Also Nevada is very heavily
L.D.S., so that plays a big part in the lives of folks there.

I used to work at a company where everyone else was L.D.S. I'm not from Nevada, however.

8. Email sent
To: malkin@comcast.net

Subject: Don't you and your cohorts have anything better to do than

Body of email:

to try to bring down someone else's web site, in what is known as a "denial of service attack?"

Will you be the next target of another embarrassing investigation for inciting such behavior?

I know you don't have much that is worthwhile on your mind, and you like to lie. But try to go to your strengths, ie lying and posting worthless stuff on your own hateful web site.
