Has there been ANY mainstream television reporting re the massive fines
paid out by Mier's law firm for defrauding investors as reported on the Huffinton blog? If not, why not? Is this not relevant as to whether someone is qualified to sit on the Supreme Court? This fact is out there - is it being reported?

1. That's the first time I had heard of that.
Can you provide some details? I looked at the Huffington website, but couldn't seem to find any reference to that.
