WOW! Bush says he'll RESTORE his CREDIBILITY with a CLEAR AGENDA! WOW!

:sarcasm:

"We're going through a very serious investigation," Bush told reporters. "I have told you before that I'm not going to discuss the investigation until it's completed. My obligation is to set an agenda and I have done that." He also declined to say whether Karl Rove, his top political adviser, should remain in his job. Rove remains under investigation.

Asked about whether he would replace key members of his administration, as suggested by prominent Republicans, Bush said, "Again, you're trying to get me to comment on the investigation which I'm not going to do."

Bush also deflected questions about public opinion surveys which show his credibility in steep decline. "I think this may be the fourth or fifth consecutive press conference or semi-press conference that I've been asked about polls," Bush said.

"The way you earn credibility with the American people is to set a clear agenda that everybody can understand, an agenda that relates to their lives, and get the job done," he said. "And the agenda that I'm working on now is one that is important to the American people." Six in 10 Americans say Rove should resign, according to an Washington Post-ABC News poll.

1. Good plan, Dim Son...clear that agenda!
It wasn't worth a shit anyway, and besides you need to free up some time for testimony and what-not.

4. His agenda is important to the American people
He is trying to destroy us and ruin our future. I would say his agenda is very important to me and making it clear to me how he is going to mess up my life is not going to make me like him any better. Besides Bush will never speak the truth so his clear agenda is nothing but BUSHSPEAK.

That rat bastard doesn't give a damn about the American people.

Peace.

6. Did they take this photo before or
after he stopped off at Margaritaville? He looks absolutely burbling.
The clear agenda he needs to be setting is how soon he can resign and get on with his logs and bikes in Crawford. He doesn't need to be concerned about anything else.

7. Clear Agenda?
The Katrina disaster response, 2000+ dead in Iraq, Bin Laden still not captured, Runaway spending by a GOP Congress and President, massive deficits, huge trade deficits, the outing of a Covert CIA Agent by a top Bush Administration Advisor, the Majority Leaders of Congress and Senate under investigation, Gas at $3 gallon?

13. Someone needs to tells this clown the definition of credibility.
It's obvious that he is absolutely clueless. Also, 5 years into his "reign" is a little late for an agenda. Where's that mandate and all that political capital he was bragging about, now?

15.  His agenda has absolutely nothing to do with ordinary Americans
like you and me...It's for the HAVE MOREs, The TAKE MOREs, even so much as taking it from the most venerable among us. The Government that was set up to watch and ensure the GENERAL WELFARE of it's citzens has turned their back on them...no, they have now set policy to take from them. Disgusting people.

16. The public KNOWS his agenda, and they're REJECTING IT.
More tax cuts, Terri Schiavo, cuts in food and heating assistance to the poor, more money for the oil companies, business as usual in Iraq, is exactly what's turning the American people AWAY from the Bush regime and the Republicans.

Fine, let them keep pontificating into their little echo chamber. (Mr. "I don't read the newspapers or watch TV.") Boy, will they get an ugly surprise next year.

21. The agenda is simple and matches George's style:
Lie
Steal
Cause death
Approve death
Deny rights
Deceive
Obfuscate
Change reality
Betray
Take revenge
Partner with criminals
Appoint criminals
Destroy treaties
Destroy the environment
Destroy minorities
Destroy the poor

Oh yes - arrange for more billions in riches to the already rich.

AND - and the best came out yesterday with the DeLay - Abramhoff testimony:

.... Fool the 'wackos'

Congratulations, George - that's a non-human agenda
