Let's look at "The 500"....
...which is the number of people to be wiretapped under Bush's directive....it ain't shown but it can easily be parsed to mean not 500-but 500 at a time...and these are discretionary non-FISA taps-as in Let's hit Lieberman for a few weeks and then switch that one and make sure McCains being a good boy.....Since the order is good for 45 days you could tap 6 people per quota number for a week and then just freelance 3 days per quota number....and for a bonus,no one tapped under this law is ever to be notified or judicially reviewed.Picture a mildly retarded teenage boy who's comic book x-ray glasses REALLY worked-would he take them off or check out his sister and mother??? Lets do the math based on my assumptions 500 slots X 6 one week taps X 30 rule renewals = 90,000 one week taps plus 15,000 three day peeks. Do you thick this regime let any opportunity drop-I don't. That gives you about 100,000 americans violated....and who were they-well some I am sure are the most vociferous here (DU)...I'm sure Cindy Sheehan got it, and I'm sure of Kurt Vonnegut, voices of sanity can not be tolerated.Every Democratic member of the house and senate.Every Republican who has not 100% toed the Republican line.Mike Skinner, Larissa Alexander, Mike Malloy.....If we can find the names it IS over....I'm sure that Frist And Delay are on the Violated 500 list-first you must be sure of your "friends"...This is it- Big Casino-if this one is fairly and fully exposed the house of cards will fall-cause fair wind or foul,if this is exposed a storm is coming.

2. Of course...
...and many others that introducing their name to a judge would provoke a reaction...the only reason for searches PAST FISA standards is to avoid name recognition.Fisa would never place a high standard on a warrant for Joeseph Bin Blow, but one for T. Dixie Chicks might get a "judicial activist" judge hot under the collar (especially if he liked their itteration of "landslide")....While it might be tough to name 500 semi-celebrities at a time to monitor, suppose they picked up the user list on,oh,I don't know-DU say and tapped for a week-wouldn't finding 30-40 criminals and malcontents on this board help them out??It's a witch hunt and float or sink, good people will be screwed...that's my take

3. I think that is how they browbeat congress the last 5 years
not just spying on the congressman but on their families, and I have heard that the list
also included members of his own cabinet. I have heard that his staff are now buying those
cell phones you throw away that are no traceable. It would make sense in the light of this.
