Intelligent Design Spanked by NYT
Edited on Thu Dec-22-05 09:12 AM by BOSSHOG
Good editorial in today's NYT summarizing the travels of intelligent design in our country this year.

http://www.nytimes.com/2005/12/22/opinion/22thur1.html?th&emc=th

The handiwork of the Dover, PA schoolboard is "UNCONSTITUTIONAL." Get it radical christians, unconstitutional.

"Breathtaking inanity"

The Judge in the Dover, PA case found the school board members were "strikingly ignorant" about intelligent design and that several members LIED to him time and again to hide their religious motivations.

The Judge! - A lifelong republican and a bush appointee. Merry Christmas Indeed.

2. Notice how little emphasis is put on his being a Bush appointee!
No, to Fox News he's one of those "federal judges!"

These guys control virtually every circuit in the US, but it's still the Dems fault when federal judges rule against the right.

3. Good News to Me Here in Missouri
Now let's just see what Kansas does.

If the School Board see's that they may have to pay for the court costs if they lose they may drop the whole thing.
