The topic of the day for the M$M -- Hillary Clinton...
Every one of them, that I was able to monitor, had Hillary as a topic of discussion. Even Al Gore was asked about her in his interview with Stephanoupolus. FOX News had a discussion about whether she would be accepted by the Democratic "left" and whether or not Al Gore would beat her in Iowa. Timmy Russert could not resist discussing the subject matter with a couple of talking heads.

Should Hillary have been the focus of discussion today? Were there more important issues to discuss? Haditha? Laura at the Mayflower? The economy? But it's noteworthy how the M$M determines what the "news" is and what will be discussed on any given day.

3. In the meantime, though, the RNC is making oodles of cash
from the "President Hillary" meme.

Still, I'd love to  over that one.

2. Have you read "The Right Wing Noise Machine" by David Brock?

The answer is right there--they literally get talking points handed straight down from the RW think tanks.

It's no accident that the talking points are gay marriage one day, Hillary the nezxt, ad nauseum.

The MSM is no longer even capapble of an original thought, in most cases.

5. The problem is that the Democrats have not picked up on it
And Hillary has not picked up on it.
Hillary running for president is purely a republican fabrication at this point. They are putting this out there to try and rile the Clinton hating base of the republican party.
They were able to get their sheeple to hate the Clinton's in 1998 and beyond so the idea is to make Hillary an issue now in hopes of exciting the sheeple again in time for the 06 election or at very least stop her or any other Democrat who might actually have a chance in 08.

6. I'm noticing though a shift away from the
rw meme that she's the one to beat. Reality is starting to sink in. The talking heads on ABC this morning actually mentioned that she's not popular with the Dem base and many Dems are expressing misgivings about her. No shit.

Now ain't that a thought.

I'm sick to death of these asshats. No wonder we have such a piece of crap government. Look around, this is the state of the nation that big corporate donors have wrought.
