Poll question: Should Hastert and Boehner be jailed for covering up Foley?
Absolutely. I'd include DeLay too of course but he's going to the big house anyway.

1. Jailed and water-boarded
We need to get to the bottom of this, to keep our kids safe.

3. I dunno. Somehow I think electricity applied to their genitals might be
a little more appropriate, don't you?

5. Something tells me they would enjoy it too much for it to be a punishment.
Likewise sending them to a penal colony.

2. One of the most important functions of the House is oversight over
its own members. They did not perform it so they should go.

6. I'm the one "no" vote so far.
I don't believe that Hasturd and Boner should be jailed. However I do believe that they should step down from their positions of leadership. The voters in their districts should think well and long before they decide to re-elect these two to the House of Representatives.

These men have definitely failed in their duties but I honestly doubt that they have broken any laws. We should not be throwing people into jail simply because we disagree with them.
